Employee Relations - Employee Grievances/Employee Discipline
The following new features/modifications were added to:
1. Employee Grievances.
2. Employee Discipline.
1. Employee Grievances
Validation was done to ensure that the Employee Grievance record can be inserted or updated when the "Settled" checkbox is used.

2. Employee Discipline
The following new features/modifications were added to:
- Last Reference Number By Company.
- Employee Discipline records.
- Employee Discipline screen.
1. Last Reference Number By Company
The Reference Number field lookup will show the highest/greatest Last Reference Number, for each company the user has access to.

2. Employee Discipline records
The functionality to automatically create or delete an Employee Discipline record when a related Employee Grievance or H.S.E. Incident record is created or deleted, was added.

3. Employee Discipline Screen
Two new fields, Incident Date and Time of Incident were added to the Employee Grievances screen. The “insert” option was removed from the Employee Discipline Screen.
