Talent Management - General Modifications and Improvements

The following were modified and improved:

  1. Competency Standards.
  2. Appraisal Report.
  3. Tasks.
  4. Employee Competencies.
  5. Primary Responsibility.
  6. Competency Listing.

1. Competency Standards

The screen was modified to display the Competency Level Standards and Points in a more user-friendly manner.

2. Appraisal Report

The Company Logo was included for visual appeal and company branding.

Talent Management>>Appraisals>>Performance Appraisals>>[Select Company]>>[Select Employee]>>[+]>>Appraisal Details>>Print Appraisal

3. Tasks

The "Tasks" tab was re-named to "Responsibilities" to reflect the scope of role-related duties more accurately.

4. Employee Competencies

A new template, Employee Competencies Template, was created. Users can now download the template, enter the required information, and import the employee Competencies.

Personnel>>Employees>>[Select Company]>>Toggle Additional Details>>Competencies

5. Primary Responsibilities

The Task Details for the Primary Responsibilities Standards have been updated and can be saved successfully for each responsibility. The features to Import Job Responsibilities and a Download Template were added.

6. Competency Standards

The screen was modified to appear in ascending order .
