How do I know the status of a pay cycle (Run, Archived, Not Run)?
There are several ways to determine the status as follows.
POWERpay>>Pay Cycles>>Pay Cycles
The check boxes will indicate the status of the Pay Cycles.
POWERpay>>Process Cycles>>Cycle Changes
A pay cycle that "is not reversible" means that is ARCHIVED.
Status: Cycle is APPROVED but not RUN.
Cycle is not APPROVED and therefore cannot be RUN.
You may also print the Pay Cycle Status report (Payroll Reports>>Register Reports>>Pay Cycle Status).
