On HRplus, you are able to generate the Statutory Reports required for your country.
In this example, to view the change we made to the TD5 by the setting up of a Statutory Flag for the International Travel Allowance, we will generate the report entitled, ‘Print TD5 from Edit File’.
The steps to Edit the Statutory report are:
Step 1. Generate Statutory Report
- In the TD5 Form generated, you may have noticed that the employee’s Full Address is missing.
- Oversights like this can be quickly rectified via the Edit Statutory Info tab.
Step 2. Select the Employee to Edit
- Use the Search Bar to locate the employee to whose information you would like to make edits.
- Click on the Statutory Report Code of the record that needs editing.
- A screen will then be visible, showing the applicable data within the Form.
Step 3. Edit Statutory Information
- Make changes as necessary and save using the diskette icon to the bottom left of the screen.
- In the example below, we see that the employee’s Address fields are indeed blank.
- The employee’s Address Data has been entered and saved.
- As such we have returned to the Reports and re-generated the ‘Print TD5 from Edit File’.
- Notice that the Employee’s Full Address is now visible.
Step 4. Re-Run Statutory Report
