Check the employee’s Pay Profile to verify which option is flagged.
Search for the Employee using any of the Search Criteria
The Non-Salaried Employee field - flagged as YES - the employee does not receive a regular salary. Therefore, the employee's earnings WOULD have to be entered into the Cycle Changes for each pay cycle. This is usually used for Weekly and Fortnightly Employees.
If the field is flagged as NO - the employee receives a regular salary. The system will automatically process the employee's Regular Earnings in each pay cycle. Usually used for Monthly Employees.
