How do I create a new position?

POWERpay>>Employees>>Payroll Positions>>All Positions (Filled and Vacant) OR Vacant Positions

Always verify existing positions before creating New ones. This would reduce the clutter of vacant positions.

Multiple positions with the same attributes can be created by adjusting the value in the Number of Positions field.

Use the Search bar to locate the position.  Select the Vacant Positions tab to view only positions that have not been filled.

Fill the position by hiring an employee.
