Companies
The company tab displays all companies that have been successfully created in the software via the Valid Organisation Hierarchy screen. If you have not yet completed this task, the following articles can guide you with the set up:

How does it work?
To setup additional details for the company, the steps are:
Step 2: Setup Company Address
The Company Address Tab allows you to enter specific data. In addition to entering address and other basic information, link the company to the country in which it is situated by selecting from the appropriate drop-box.
Address Line 1: Enter the first line of your company's address.
Address Line 2: Enter the second line of your company's address.
Address Line 3: Enter the third line of your company's address.
Country: Select the country your company is located in.
Step 3: Setup Contact Info
In the Contact Info Tab, you can enter the email address (perhaps of reception/front office/administration) and the main phone number of the company.
Email Address: Enter a main email address for the company.
Phone No: Enter the company contact number.
Step 4: Setup Payroll & Tax Info
In the Payroll & Tax Info Tab, the numbers entered here are used in the relevant statutory reports in the Payroll Module
PAYE File No: Enter your company's PAYE File No.
Social Security/NIS No: Enter your company's Social Security / NIS.
BIR File No: Enter your company's BIR File No.
Currency: Select your company's Currency Code.
Step 5: Setup the Logo
In the Logo Tab, upload your company’s logo. This is what employee users will see in the upper left corner of the application when they log into the HRPlus. Additionally it will appear on certain reports such as pay slips.
Save the record when you are finished the upload.
Step 6: Setup Stamp
Upload your company’s stamp via this tab and this is what users will see on certain reports such as pay slips.
Save the record when you are finished the upload.
Step 7: Setup Other Info
In the Other Info Tab, the Retirement age for both male and female employees.
Alternate Id: Enter an alternate id for retirement age.
Retirement Age (Female): Enter the age of retirement for females.
Retirement Age (Male): Enter the age of retirement for Males.
