Entry Types

Once you have entered your Entry ID & Description (e.g. Time Sheet, Allowance etc.)  as well as the Item ID & Description (e.g. Straight Time, Meal Allowance etc.) into the new record screen, a corresponding list of Entry Types are available for selection.

An Entry Type helps the application to determine if this is a New entry (N) , a Changed entry (C) , an entry that has certain Limitations (L) or an entry that deals with a specific entity such as a Payee (P), a Goal (G) or an Account (A), etc.
