Statutory Rules

Different countries may have various statutory rules in addition to tax and national insurance/social security. This table shows ALL the statutory rules which  are available for a country and which must be linked to the respective pay groups.

Income Taxes are flagged as ‘PAYE’ (Pay As You Earn) and National Insurance or Social Security statutory deductions are flagged within the application as the code ‘NIS’ (National Insurance Schedule). All other statutory rules are configured under the Statutory Type ''Other''.
