How do I import employee past pay slips?

Via the Import Self Service Pay Slips feature. This feature allows users to import multiple past pay slips via ZIP files.
Employees are then able to view these past pay slips via Employee Self Service.

Step 1: Import past pay slips

System Configurations>>Company Import>>Import Self Service Pay Slips:

It is important that the naming convention of the files to be imported be adhered to as follows:

1. ZIP FILES

<Company Code_Pay Group_Pay Year_Pay Cycle>.zip

Example: SUP_MTH_2018_01.zip

2. PDF FILES

The individual PDF files (old pay slips), within the .zip file, MUST also adhere to the following naming convention:

<Pay Year_Pay Cycle_Badge Number>.pdf
