I clicked “Run Payroll” and the payroll is not running successfully. What could be the issue?

POWERpay>>Process Payroll>>Cycle Changes

  1. The payroll may have been run but the message at the top of the Cycle Changes may not have refreshed.  Click on the “Search” button to refresh the screen.

2.  The previous payroll may not have been archived.  Archive the previous cycles How do I know the status of a pay cycle (Run, Archived, Not Run)?
