How do I view an employee's data?

Navigation Path:  Payroll>>Employees>>Employees

On the Payroll side, you can view an employee's data via 3 options as shown below:

  1. Via Employee Profile
  2. Via the Pay Profile
  3. Via the Payroll Positions View

Employee View

To reduce load time on the system, the Company should be selected before any other field is populated.

1.  The search would display the details which you selected.

2.  Once you have made any changes to the data for the selected employee, you can  either Save or Cancel the edits.

3.  Toggles additional fields to the bottom of the employee’s record.  To view any of the details simply click on the item.

4.  Delete -  can only be used immediately after an employee was hired. If the employee had a salary change or any cycle changes done, they cannot be deleted using this option.

5.  Navigation of employees within the selected Company

6.  The various tabs with employee data.

To reduce load time on the system, the Pay Group should be selected before any other field is populated.

POWERpay>>Employees>>Payroll Positions

You can create new positions and hire employees from this screen.
