How to enter a new location for my company?

Navigation: Personnel>> Setup>> Organisation>> Structure>> Locations

Location

As the name suggests, this tab allows for the recording of your company’s locations in the application.

Select New Location, and in the pop-up box, enter a Location Code, Description and Address.

Step 1: Enter New Location

Step 2: Enter Location Details

  • From here, click on New  Company  – Location Link to link the Company to the Location(s).
  • You can link several companies to the same location or several locations to the same company, be careful to ensure, however, that each record is unique.

If the location is not linked to the Company, the location will not be available for any new positions you attempt to create.
