Security - Company Access/User Groups/Login Activities

The following were improved:

1. Login Activities

Administrators are able to view Login Activities for specific/all users as shown by the following example.

Security>>User Administration>>[select user]>>[+]>>Time Zones

2. Company Access

The screen was updated to enable the deletion of a large number of records at any one time.  To do so:

  1. Filter by any of the headers (Company Code, Company Name, Division Code, Division Name, Department Code, Department Name).  Records will be displayed depending on the user’s permissions.
  2. Select the number of Records per page e.g. 100 (maximum).
  3. Check the Delete button.  All records will be selected.
  4. Click the Submit button.  
  5. Repeat to delete additional records.

3. User Groups and Database Permissions

The following new User Groups and Database Permissions were added:

  • HR Leave
  • HR Health Plan
  • HR Medical
  • HR Education Support

Security>>User Administration>>User Administration>>Select User>>[+]:

2. Click +.  Select Edit User Groups if you wish to grant access to a specific User Group.
