How is employee potential evaluated within the HRplus Succession Module?

Employee potential is evaluated using a combination of manager assessments, 360-degree feedback, and potentially other assessments. The system allows for weighting these different evaluation sources to reflect their relative importance. The combined data is then mapped to a standardized scale for the 9-Box grid's potential dimension, providing a comprehensive view of an employee's capabilities and likelihood of success in higher-level roles.
