Managers play a key role in nominating employees for the talent pool. When HR initiates an Employee Assessment event, managers select employees within their departments, particularly those in critical roles or showing high potential, and complete their assessments. After the assessment is completed, employees are automatically added to the talent pool for further evaluation and development.
