Late Records - Summary
Use this feature to calculate how many times for any given month that an employee was late as well as the total minutes of work that was missed as a result.
- Click on New Late Record and enter the data as prompted
Create A Late Record - Summary
Record for Month Ending: Select the end date of the month for which you would like to get a Summary Report.
Get Summary: Click on the Get Summary button to auto-populate the Number of Times Late and Total Minutes Late fields.
Action Taken: Select the Action Taken.
Save the record using the diskette icon.
