How To Create A Late Record - Summary

Navigation: Leave>> Punctuality>> Late Records – Summary

  • Use this feature to calculate how many times for any given month that an employee was late as well as the total minutes of work that was missed as a result. 
  • Click on New Late Record and enter the data as prompted
  • In the Summary Details section, select the end date of the month for which you would like to get a Summary Report.
  • Next, click on the Get Summary button. The Number of Times Late and Total Minutes Late fields will auto-populate.
  • Finally, select the Action Taken and save the record using the diskette icon.
