The steps to setup the Leave Module are as follows:
- Set up the Leave Types.
- Link the Leave types to a company.
- Set up the Cumulative leave rules.
- Set up Non-Cumulative leave rules.
- Enter employee overrides for cumulative leave.
- Enter employee overrides for non-cumulative leave.
- Setup Leave not earned rules. (Optional)
- Set up Post Leave Type against another. (Optional)
- Set up return date parameters.(Optional)
- Set up Compensatory Time Off. (Optional)
- Set up the Calendar and flag holidays.
- Set up the scheduler for all leave types.
- Set up Leave-Payroll links.(Optional)
- Upload leave opening balances.
- Upload leave taken template/ start entering employee leave.
- Print and review leave reports
