Reopening a Staff Request

If a previously closed staff request needs to be revisited, it can be reopened within the recruitment module. Reopening a staff request allows HR to resume the recruitment process or make necessary updates. Once reopened, the request is moved back to the active status, making it visible again in the approved and open screens.

This feature provides flexibility to adjust or continue with the hiring process as needed.

Option 1 - Reopen Requests

View the Re-Opened Requests in the Approved Requests Screen

Option 2 - Reopen Requests via Completed Requests

The reopened requests can be found in Approved Requests.
