In Out of Cycle (OOC) payrolls, national insurance (NIS) is calculated and health surcharge (HS) is NOT, even if an ‘FN’ or ‘FH’ cycle change is entered.

To get the payroll to calculate both NIS and HS in an OOC run, a P/CNH cycle change must be entered.

Only ONE such cycle change for ANY employee in the OOC payroll run should be entered. The payroll will calculate NIS and HS for all employees in the OOC payroll run.
