The Amount (Number of Hours) is multiplied by the Earn Factor (usually 1.5 for Time and One-Half, 2 for Double Time etc.) in the Earnings screen, then by the employee's Unit Rate in the Employee Pay Profile window: Amount (Hrs) x Earn Factor x Unit Rate
The system will multiply the Amount ($) by the Earn Factor in the Earnings screen: Amount ($) x Earn Factor.
