How do I set HS to a fixed amount?
Health Surcharge (Trinidad and Tobago) can be set to a fixed amount for:
- One (1) cycle; OR
- Unlimited cycles
To return to the normal calculation of HS, zero out the fixed HS amount.

The above cycle change will fix an employee’s HS at the predetermined amount in ONE (1) cycle only.
The above cycle change will fix an employee’s HS at the predetermined amount in the present cycle and cycles that follow until it is altered.
HS should only be fixed if ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!
Zero out the fixed HS amount.
