How do I calculate NIS/HS in an OOC?
The Out of Cycle payroll does NOT automatically calculate Health Surcharge (HS), National Insurance (NIS) (Trinidad and Tobago) is calculated. Enter a cycle change to do so.
To calculate BOTH NIS and HS
POWERpay>>Process Payroll>>Out of Cycle Changes:
The payroll will calculate NIS/HS for ALL employees. ALL EARNINGS will be reflected in ALL statutory reports including the NI 184 report!
