How to Login Using 2 Factor Authentication?

This guide will help you log in using two-factor authentication, which was implemented on January 1, 2024, to enhance security and protect your information.

Step 1. 

Enter your Username and Password, and then click the 'Login' button.

Please ensure that all users have a valid email address associated with their account in the security settings. Without the secret key, users will be unable to log in to their accounts.ble to login without the secret key. 

A message will appear on the screen confirming that a secret key has been sent to your inbox. It's important to note that the secret key will be sent to the email address that you used during registration.

Step 2. 

Check your inbox for an email from “[email protected]” containing a link to the website and the secret key.

Step 3. 

Select and copy the secret key and paste it into the login screen under the "PIN" field that will now be displayed.
