How do I log in to my HRplus Employee Self-Service Portal?

Navigation: Enter your URL to access the software. This will be distributed by your System Administrator (your company's contact person)

There are two options to Login to your HRplus application:

  1. Option 1 - Log in using Single Sign On (SSO).
  2. Option 2 - Log in using Username and Password.

Option 1 - Log in using Single Sign On (SSO)

When selecting the SINGLE SIGN ON button, users will be authenticated and signed into their corresponding user within the application.  

Note: Entering the username and password on the HRplus login screen is NOT required.

Option 2 - Log in using Username and Password

  • Enter your User ID/Username and Password.
  • Click on the Login button to enter the application.
  • If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, you will need to have access to your email (inbox) to obtain the auto-generated PIN before you can enter the application.
  • When you click on the Login button an other field for your PIN will be visible. 
  • Enter your Pin and click 'Login'

NB: What you see upon login will be determined by the Permissions set by your System Administrator. If you have any queries about please contact your System Administrator.
