How do I conduct the Appraisal - as a Manager?
Managers may complete an employee appraisal before or after the employee has done his/her own review. A history of all comments and ratings are maintained. However, it is the manager's ratings that the system will use to calculate a score.
User Self Service>>Manager>>Talent>>Performance Review
Managers can only view the appraisals of their direct reports.
Any Comments made by the employee will be displayed. The Manager may edit the form to add/delete competencies etc.
The system will calculate the employee's score based on the manager's ratings.
