HR can also enter Comments on the employee appraisal form at any time.
Step 1: Review Performance Appraisals
HR can view the appraisals of all employees.
Step 2: Enter Comments
Step 3: Complete the Appraisal Form
Once all parties have agreed on the review, it can be marked as Completed.
