How to change my password

Security>>User Administration>>Change User Password

Once Password Configurations have been saved, please change your password to reflect the new parameters (if necessary). Next, logout and log back in using your new password.

Note, there are three ways in which Passwords can be changed:

  1. Via the Change Password icon (accessible to all HRplus Users)
  2. Via the Forgot Password button on the login screen (accessible to all HRplus Users)
  3. Via Security Module - Option 1(accessible only to System/Company Administrators)
  4. Via Security Module - Option 2(accessible only to System/Company Administrators)

1. Via the Forgot Password button on the login screen

User Login>>[Forgot Password]

  • Enter the User ID and click on the Forgot Password Button. This will prompt an e-mail to be sent to you.

User Email Account>>[Reset Your Password]

Once you click the Reset Password Tab a screen will open for you to enter your new password

Please note that the link is only valid for 15 minutes! This is to prevent employees from using the link to reset their password more than once.

Once you entered your new password, Select Login to enter HRplus.

2. Via the Change Password icon (accessible to all HRplus Users)

  • In the Change My Password box, Type in a new password and confirm as prompted.
  • Use the Submit button to save or the Reset button to start over.

3. Via Security Module - Option 1 (accessible only to System/Company Administrators)
