How do I add Employees to Geofences?
Scheduled Employees MUST be added to a Geofence in order to use their mobile devices to punch in/out inside or nearby the Geofence area.
Employees may be placed in:
- a single Geofence
- multiple Geofences
You can add, transfer or import employees to geofences.
1. Add Employees to Geofences
HRplus Time>>Geofencing>>Employee Fences>>Add Employee Geofence
2. Transfer Employees between Geofences
You can move employees from one geofence to another.
HRplus Time>>Geofencing>>Employee Fences>>Transfer Employees Between Geofences
Shift-Click to select more than one employee.
3. Import Employees between Geofences
Employees can also be imported to a geofence. Importing employees means that they will be duplicated in the geofence to which they are imported.
