On April 5, 2024, Trinidad-based HRplus Software Limited, one of the largest software publishers in the Caribbean and a Microsoft Independent Software Vendor Partner (ISV), with hundreds of clients in over 22 countries, received its certificate of registration for INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT – ISO/IEC 27001:2022 from BSI after the conduct of final audits on its operations in early February 2024.

This is a significant achievement for the company which has been working on this project for the past 2 years and engaged with international consultants Data Guard of the United Kingdom (UK) during this process.

Considering recent cyber-attacks and looming cybersecurity threats, this is especially critical in reducing the risk of such incidents.

The certification covers all aspects of HRplus’ operations including software development, implementation services, version management, other operations procedures, and payroll outsourcing.
