Activating the Workflow
Once the workflow setup has been completed and checked for accuracy, it must be made Active via the following two (2) options:
- Company-Workflow Links.
- Workflow Definitions.
1. Company-Workflow Links
System Configurations>>Workflow>>Company-Workflow Links
2. Workflow Definition
System Configurations>>Workflow>>Workflow Definitions>>[Open the Record]
Both options MUST be used to activate the workflow.
