HRplus App>>Login Screen
Logging in the Employee Self Service
This section provides an overview of the features and screens available in the HRplus Employee Self Service app.
Step 1: Flash Screen
When you open the HRplus Employee Self Service App for the first time, a splash screen displaying the "HRplus Software" logo will appear. After a few seconds, the app will automatically navigate to the login screen within approximately 8 seconds.
If 8 seconds pass, text will appear below the "HRplus Software" logo, prompting you to swipe left to proceed to the login screen.
Step 2: Login Screen
On the login screen, enter your username and password in the designated fields to access the application. You will then receive a secret key via email; enter this key in the final field to complete the login process. Alternatively, you may log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) for a seamless experience.
Step 3: Forgot Password
If you forget your password, enter your username and click the "Forgot Password" link. This will send an email to the address associated with your username, guiding you to a screen to reset your password. On this screen, enter your new password in the "New Password" field and confirm it in the "Confirm Password" field. Finally, enter the secret key sent to your email in the "Secret Key" field to complete the process.
Step 4: Single Sign-On
When using Single Sign-On (SSO), users are directed to a screen where they can log in with their company email address and password. The sign-in screen’s appearance may vary based on the email provider, such as Zoho or Microsoft Active Directory. Upon successful sign-in, if only one account is linked to the email address, users will be logged in directly and won’t need to re-enter their email address for future SSO logins.
If the email address is associated with multiple accounts, users will be prompted to select the account they wish to access. Note that using SSO resets the regular password, so users will need to use the Forgot Password feature if they wish to log in without SSO in the future.
