Step 1: Set Up Event Types

System Configurations>>Event Types

Event types are created by HRplus. To show these events, you must configure which events relevant to your company should be displayed.

Below are four (4) events that are operational:

  1. Appraisals
  2. Goal Setting
  3. 360 Multi-Rater
  4. Employee Assessment

Set Up Event Types

Double-click on each Event Type (Employee Appraisals, Goal Setting, 360 Multi-Rater, Employee Assessment) and check the relevant boxes.  

Event Status: Select 'Show' to display the option in the event type drop down list.

HR Module: Check this box to display the event in the list (HR Events>>Manage Events).

MSS Module: Check this box if you want managers to manage the events – the event type will  be displayed via User Self Service>>Manager>>Talent Management>>Manage Events.
