The summary steps to set up the Benefits module are as follows:
- Set up user defined Benefit Type.
- Set up user defined Benefit Plans. This includes the name and address of the administrator of the plans.
- Link your Benefit Plan to my company.
- Setup user defined Benefit Plan Types by linking the benefit plans to the benefit types. Setting up of Plan types also includes employee and employer contributions.
- Setup Benefit Enrollment Rules.

Setup Benefits-Payroll link where either:
- A deduction will be processed for all employees in the paygroup when the payroll is run or
- A deduction will be automatically setup for employees registered in the plan.
- Setup Other Benefit Links.
- Enroll Employees in benefit plan.
- Setup Beneficiaries.
- View Employee Coverage.
