Step 11: Activate the Workflow
Once the workflow setup has been completed and checked for accuracy, it must be made Active via the following two (2) options:
- Company-Workflow Links.
- Workflow Definition.

System Configurations>>Workflow>>Company-Workflow Links
2. Â Workflow Definition
System Configurations>>Workflow>>Workflow Definition>>[expand record]
Both options MUST be used to activate the workflow.
