This option allows you to manage events so that HR can better control the HR process. This is done by setting up HR events (appraisals, goal setting, 360 multi-rater etc.). These events trigger reminders to employees/managers to complete tasks in relation to these events. HR can then get an overall picture of what is happening, what is to happen and when etc.
