How to Set Up Employee Cost Centre Distribution

Employee Cost Centre Distribution

This option facilitates cost allocation by allowing you to distribute employees’ regular earnings over any number of cost centres. Enter the employee, cost centre and percentage to be allocated. Run the payroll as you would normally do and print the reports (e.g. Earnings by Cost Centre) to view the allocation. You can also drill down on the Employee Pay Profile to view the allocations.

Enter Employee Cost Centre Distribution

Company: Select the company.

Badge Number/First Name/Last Name: Select the employee.

Cost Centre: Select the cost centre.

Percentage: Enter the percentage allocated.
