Event Types

There are twenty-eight (28) default event types for which reminders can be set.  

You are not allowed to insert/edit/delete Event Types and/or Event Reminder Messages.

At present, the following Event Types are fully functional:

  1. Anniversary
  2. Acting in Position
  3. Birthday
  4. Contract Ending
  5. Identification Renewal (Drivers Permit)
  6. Leave Taking
  7. Leave Return
  8. New Hire
  9. Part Time/Full Time
  10. Position Change
  11. Salary Change
  12. Status in Position Change
  13. Separation
  14. Termination
  15. Retirement

The remaining Event Types are currently in development for a future release.

The Event Type and the navigation path of the associated transaction in HRplus are shown below. 

Please note that, where applicable, records MUST be Approved (e.g. Leave Taken).  Reminders will be generated based on the specified lead time and the values in the following Date fields:
