This module allows HR to better be able to manage the HR Talent process. HR can do this by setting up HR Events (Appraisals, Goal setting, 360 Multirater etc.). These events trigger reminders to employees/managers to complete tasks in relation to these events. HR can then get an overall picture of what is happening, what is to happen and when etc.
