Currency is the money system used in a country, especially paper money. An example of currency is the American dollar, TT dollar (Trinidad and Tobago) or EC dollar( Eastern Caribbean).

ISO currency codes are the three-letter alphabetic codes that represent the various currencies used throughout the world and can be used when creating currency codes on HRPlus.
