Pre-requisite Steps before starting the setup of the Onboarding Module. This is typically done at the start of your project with the assistance of an Implementation Specialist at HRplus.
- Define your tasks for the Onboarding checklist in as much detail as possible including who is the primary person responsible for those tasks.
- If the Asset module is being used, ensure any assets that the employee has to be assigned is already setup.
- If the Training module is being used, ensure that courses required for the job that the employee is being hired into is already setup.
