Summary Steps to set up Onboarding Module

Pre-requisite Steps before starting the setup of the Onboarding Module. This is typically done at the start of your project with the assistance of an Implementation Specialist at HRplus.

  1. Define your tasks for the Onboarding checklist in as much detail as possible including who is the primary person responsible for those tasks.
  2. If the Asset module is being used, ensure any assets that the employee has to be assigned is already setup.
  3. If the Training module is being used, ensure that courses required for the job that the employee is being hired into is already setup.
